Upon confirmation, order will be processed for delivery.

Orders Processing and Tracking
All orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be processed, shipped and delivered within 2 to 10 working days after confirmation from the customer and in accordance with dealings with the business partner and logistics companies.
Delay is possible in delivery of items because of circumstances like website failure, suppliers’ delays, late payment confirmations etc. If delays are longer then expected, customers will be communicated as per circumstances.
Orders will be processed during week days only except public holidays.
All the details of the orders are communicated to the customers via email so that they are able to track the packages.

11. Do bring all the above-mentioned documents for the exchange of product.
12. Cash-offset value in term of exchange will be dealt accordingly as per the circumstances. Payments above then the exchanged product item will be paid by the customer to get the new exchanged item.
13. Exchanges depends on availability of product. Panash reserves the right to do an exchange with an item of similar value or give coupons for further purchases.
14. Refunds are available only in certain condition.
15. Refunds are not available if the price of the exchange item is less. In such cases, discount coupons will be issued to the customers
16. Refunds on the delivery cost is not given to customers. If certain condition where wrong item is delivered, cost is bear by Panash.

20. Returns and exchange policy doesn’t cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
21. Panash reserves the right and full discretion to disqualify free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
22. Panash does not offer any repair services or warranty services. Warranty of merchants are fulfilled by merchants, not by Panash.
23. Items directly purchased from Panash are under the above conditions only.
